各国玩具定义及范围
美国 Any object,product or material designed,manufactured,marketed and clearly intended for use as a plaything for children under 14 years of age任何为14岁以下儿童设计、制造、销售并明确打算作为玩具使用的物体、产品或材料。
欧盟 Any product or material designed or intended,whether or not exclusively,for use in play by children of less than 14 years玩具是指设计或打算用于14岁以下儿童玩耍的任何产品或材料，不论是否专门。
加拿大 toys means a product that is intended for use by a child under 14 years of age in learning or play玩具是指供14岁以下儿童在学习和玩耍中使用的产品。
国际标准 product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age设计或明确为14岁以下儿童在游戏中使用计的产品或材料。
澳洲 product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age设计或明确为14岁以下儿童在游戏中使用计的产品或材料。
国标 设计用于或预定用于14岁以下儿童玩要的任何产品或材料。

减免测试；标识和说明；输入功率；温升测试；工作温度下的电气强度测试；耐潮湿测试；室温下的电气强度测试；机械强度测试；结构测试；软线和电线测试；元件；螺钉和连接件测试；电气间隙和爬电距离测试；耐热和耐燃测试；辐射、毒性和类似危害测试。
